Maine in the spring is fantastic. In this Maine cooking class, tour the Salt Water Farm property and learn how to identify and harvest both wild greens and ones cultivated ones from our garden and beyond. Greens we may encounter include dandelion greens, coltsfoot, chives, arugula, sea spinach and chickweed. Transform your bounty into a delicious lunch, shared around our farm table. Dishes will include frittata with eggs from our hens, wild green pesto, green salad, fresh herb vinaigrette, and a bit of sweetness to end the meal.
